cNeuro cPET aids physicians in the evaluation of patient pathologies via assessment and quantification of PET brain scans.
The software aids in the assessment of human brain PET scans enabling automated analysis through quantification of tracer uptake and comparison with the corresponding tracer uptake in normal subjects. The resulting quantification is presented using volumes of interest and voxel-based maps of the brain. cNeuro cPET allows the user to generate information regarding relative changes in PET-FDG glucose metabolism.
cNeuro cPET additionally allows the user to generate information regarding relative changes in PET brain amyloid load between a subject’s images and a normal database, which may be the result of brain neurodegeneration.
PET co-registration and fusion display capabilities with MRI allow PET findings to be related to brain anatomy.
cNeuro cPET aids physicians in the image interpretation of PET studies conducted on patients being evaluated for cognitive impairment, or other causes of cognitive decline.

The nordicBrainEx Software is a post-processing application for dynamic MRI data developed with focus
on ease of use and high performance on a standard Windows workstation. The software provides
comprehensive functionality for dynamic image analysis and visualization of MRI data, where signal
changes over time are analyzed to determine various modality dependent functional parameters. The
following algorithms provide the main functional analyses of the application.
- BOLD: BOLD fMRI analysis is used to highlight small magnetic susceptibility changes in the
human brain in areas with altered blood-flow resulting from neuronal activity.
- DTI: Diffusion analysis is used to visualize local water diffusion properties from the analysis of
diffusion-weighted MRI data. Fiber tracking utilizes the directional dependency of the diffusion
to display the white matter structure in the brain.
- DSC: Calculations of perfusion related parameters that provide information about the blood
vessel structure and characteristics. Examples of such maps are blood volume, blood flow, time
to peak, mean transit time and leakage.
In addition to these specific functional analyses, the application also provides general visualization tools,
a database for data handling, and a reporting feature. This is to ensure that the workflow of the
application is optimized to ensure efficiency and high throughput in a clinical environment.

RSI-MRI+ is standalone software that is used by radiologists, urologists, and other clinicians to assist with analysis and interpretation of medical images. RSI-MRI+ accepts
DICOM images using supported protocols and performs automatic post-acquisition analysis of diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWI) data and optional
automated fusion of derived image data with anatomical T2-weighted MR images. Some of the features of RSI-MRI+ include: • Restricted Signal Map: The derived image data produced by RSI-MRI+ includes an enhanced DWI map (the Restricted Signal Map), which demonstrates improved conspicuity of restricted diffusion compared to standard DWI maps. • Color Fusion Series: RSI-MRI+ can be configured to produce a color fusion series which overlays the Restricted Signal Map intensity onto the anatomical T2-weighted image series. • Automated Prostate Segmentation: RSI-MRI+ uses artificial intelligence (AI) powered by a deep learning algorithm to automatically segment the prostate on anatomical T2-weighted images. The segmentation result is provided in the separate Prostate Segmentation Series. • Automated Segmentation Report: RSI-MRI+ generates a report of segmentation volume and images of the segmented prostate as a colored outline on the anatomical image. • Export: RSI-MRI+ outputs are provided in standard DICOM format, which is compatible with most third-party commercial PACS workstation software. NOTE: The RSI-MRI+ supported protocols differ from PI-RADS v2.1 in that they have lower inplane resolution for T2W images and thicker slices for the GE DW
